Solspark is seeking an Account Manager.
The Account Manager will serve as the main interface point for Solspark’s processing partners and financial institutions. Solspark partners are leading processors of electronic financial transactions for their bank customers.
The account manager will work collaboratively with all key constituencies within both Solspark (Financial Institutions, Technology, and Product Development) and the Processor/Issuer (Credit/Debit Card Services, Operations and Technology) to guide the integration between the two platforms.
Key responsibilities will include responding to client day-to-day inquiries, managing integration work plan and timeline, identifying and facilitating issue resolution, providing clients with timely updates, coordinating efforts between Solspark and client personnel for developing new business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience. Financial services, credit card processing and Internet experience a plus. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be skilled in handling complex client issues. In addition, the candidate should have strong presentation skills and solid management capabilities.
